• Proposal Management: Manage full proposal lifecycles, from capture and color-coded team reviews to final production and submission. Prepare formal plans and assemble and lead proposal teams for responding to large multi-million requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for task order proposals (RFTOP) under existing IDIQs, primarily for USAID and the Department of State. • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Research, identify, track and manage opportunities pipeline through Sam.gov, GovWin, and Devex. The Council for Inclusive Governance (www.cigonline.net) is an international nonprofit, nonpartisan, and non-governmental institution that promotes inclusive and responsive governance. It facilitates constructive dialogue as a means of fostering interparty cooperation, interethnic accord, and interstate collaboration, and carries out analyses of contemporary policy issues. All CIG meetings are held under Chatham House rules, where interlocutors engage in frank and open discussions of otherwise politically-sensitive issues related to Albanian-Serbian relations and normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.• Engaged in private diplomacy efforts with informal and official state actors from Kosovo and Serbia on sensitive political issues. • Conducted primary research through informal meetings with members of parliament (MPs), politicians, and opinion-makers.• Wrote reports based on face-to-face in-depth interviews and semi-formal roundtable discussions held under Chatham House rules.• Assisted in the establishment of the ‘Group for Cooperation’ consisting of 12 MPs of key political parties from Kosovo and Serbia.• Served as project manager and was responsible for establishing, maintaining and fostering relations with future participants in project activities, including high-level political party representatives, government officials, analysts, journalists and members of civil society.

Founded in 2004, the Kosovar Stability Initiative (IKS) is an independent, not-for-profit think tank focusing on empirical research and analysis of socio-economic developments in Kosovo. • Co-authored a 90-page handbook to politics, people and parties in Kosovo covering the period between 1945 and 2010.• Interviewed key political actors, conducted primary and secondary research, and drafted various parts of project proposals.• Represented the organization in various public discussions and built relationships with local stakeholders and international donors.

The USAID Kosovo Private Enterprise Program (KPEP), a four-year initiative launched in October 2008, aimed to stimulate the private sector competitiveness of Kosovo's economy. This $17.8 million program was implemented by Booz Allen Hamilton. • Conducted extensive semi-structured interviews with more than 15 various businesses in the tourism industry. • Organized and delivered tailored workshops on strategic organizational management for business owners and managers. • Defined mission, vision and medium-term goals and objectives of the national tourism association. • Co-drafted a three-year strategic plan for Kosovo’s Tourism Association as part of the Kosovo Private Enterprise Program (KPEP) initiative.
