Responsible for managing BONEVET in Gjakova, one of the branches of the BONEVET Network in Kosova. Highly involved in all matters regarding the BONEVET Network.BONEVET (www.bonevet.org) is a learning environment, where children and youngsters can discover their talents and develop them with passion and love. They become equipped with skills for the 21st century and are destined to positively transform the society.

Initially involved in planning and implementing programming classes at BONEVET in Gjakova on a voluntary bases, after finishing the Master degree studies. Promoted to Technical Officer since September 2015, and served as Vice-Director of the branch from September 2016.

Board Member of the Fondacioni BONEVET Kamenice, the fourth branch of BONEVET Network in Kosova.

National Lead in Kosovo for ClimateLaunchpad, the biggest green startup competition in the world.

Responsible for managing DU ART NGO in Gjakova. Focused in cultural events that aim to increase civic engagement and inspire and educate youth throughout alternative artistic content. Mostly known for these projects:- Parku Kulturor "Ali Podrimja" - A revitalized abandoned public square, establishing the first ever open amphitheater in the history of Gjakova, returning the cinema in the city after 26 years of abstinence. Implemented 3 editions of events (more than 150 individual events) during years 2017, 2018, 2019.- Cultural Heritage: Promotion Through Arts - Mapping and promoting cultural and historical sites in the city of Gjakova, including arts and crafts, traditional to the cultural landscape of the community, throughout artistic events during years 2019 and 2020.- Drive-In Cinema - The first ever Drive-In Cinema in the history of Kosova, implemented during September and October 2020 as a pilot project, in response to the nation-wide lockdown of cinemas and theaters due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Part of the joint-team with the management, engaged to develop and implement technological solutions that would aid and facilitate business operations. Resigned to continue Master studies abroad.

First full-time work experience after finishing the Bachelor studies. Part of the team that developed many amazing iOS apps for national and international clients.
