Myself Arbind Kumar Gupta, PMP Certified, result oriented, Professional Electrical Engineer with 22 years of experience in specializing high-level problem solving, process efficiency and Operation & maintenance of Electrical Power Systems. I am looking for a challenging role to contribute in the success of Global organization through my professional and technical competency and to mentor & lead the team of expert engineers.My expertise includes Project Management, Power System Operational & Planning, Design and Development of Power System Networks, Long term Planning, Improvement in Power System Security, Stability & Reliability and have extensive knowledge of Proposal drafting for Power System and familiar with major engineering standards Transmission Planning and Studies. My experience is a blend of MNC, Public Sector along with Academic arena which gives me unique expertise to understand the client’s requirement and Problem-Solving Capabilities. Presently I am employed with Electricity and Water Authority Bahrain and involved in 400kV transmission development project and Utility level Solar PV Discussions from the preceptive of Utility reactive power management of the Transmission Network. Previously I worked with Hitachi (earlier ABB), GE Grid Solution (earlier Areva T&D), TCS, Trident Tech labs, and CPRI with similar profile. I served as a Group Head Utilities (T&D) vertical in PS Consulting BU in ABB and responsible for project execution, Project Management, Customer requirement analysis and Training to customer (both Indian and international). My professional qualification is as follows:1. Completed GMPe (2021- 2022) from IIM Indore. 2. M. Tech (2000-2002) in Electrical from IIT Roorkee and 3. B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from KNIT Sultanpur with Hon's in 1998.I have working level experience in Power System Design and Analysis tools viz. PSSE, ETAP, NEPLAN.Attended 11 numbers of workshops/ seminars/ short term courses related to power system & power quality and delivered four lectures in Engineering College including IIT.
