• I was sourcing the potential candidates from various online and offline channels (e.g. Consultant, social media and professional platforms)• I was screening incoming resumes and application forms received from various channels• I was interviewing the candidates via phone, video and in-person• I was providing the shortlisted and qualified candidates to hiring managers for further round of Interview • Sending job offers on emails to selected candidates and answer queries about compensation and benefits with help of compensation and Benefits team• I was acting as a specialist to new hires and help them onboard and provide policy and procedure guidance to new hired employees• I was coordinating with the operation team to identify future hiring needs• I was updating the new hire details in system for payroll and salary processing
