• Providing Level 1 Help desk Support by troubleshooting and resolving end user requests. Responsibilities:• Providing IT Support such as troubleshooting and resolution to end users requests which includes identifying, responding and resolving IT related incidents and service requests.• Windows Servers deployment and management which include Active Directory Management such as adding, deleting and modifying users, deploying GPO and file/folder security permission for users and computers.• Provisioning of SOE, deployment and support of desktops, Surface Pro, IPAD and mobile devices• Installation, upgrade of network equipment such as router, switch, modem, Access Point (AP) and Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) in an organized way to enable staff to service our clients to the fullest.• Performing Onsite network configuration and perform troubleshoot such as TCP/IP, resolving DNS, routing and firewall configuration for small to medium size offices.• Management of Office 365 such as MS Office, Outlook, MS Team by assisting with audio video and conference call.• Conduct site visits and inspections to regional offices and group home accommodations to access IT requirements and to address any IT issues and concerns to maximize staff productivity.• Providing technical support to staff with appropriate software solution such as installation, upgrading and management to meet business needs and worked as key team member in the coordination of major IT related projects.• Keeping track record of IT asset including identifying data, lifecycle, status, stock, location and warranty information through Microsoft Dynamic NAV software.Achievements• Accomplished Network integration and migration from the existing ISP (Super loop) to new ISP (TPG) and IP phone system as per the organization plans and policies to 80 group homes and corporate offices across NSW regional areas.• Improved IT Asset management in an organized manner.• Established business relationship with major ISP vendors.• Developed IT knowledge base and documentation for staff.
