•  IMS Delivery Head for Financial Services (FS) vertical & built a business of $150 m and 2000+ FTEs spread across Global and diverse client landscape
• Successfully created and nurtured accounts across LOBs like Capital Markets, Banking,cards & Payments etc and created referral accounts of 300+FTEs despite typical BFSI challenges

• Incubated EA Ops practice (SAP Basis Admin COE) from scratch to 10m USD (170 FTE) in a period of 2 years (2005 – 2007). This has become subsequently new growth engine as well as GOTO Practice for people from career.
• I have built a team of ~300 FTE across US and EMEA & 16 m USD for FY06 which include 1st 24*7 Service Desk Account for Infosys, 1st large DBA account in US based Pharma major etc

•  Head of North region for Infrastructure Management Services, I have built the business size of 20cr INR /350+ team which was the 2nd largest in the country.
• Turned around the Northern region by resolving major CSAT issues and expanding business. Won National Award for CSAT
• Created whole Insurance Segment for Infra. With India opening up Private Insurance business worked closely with Clients like Max Newyork Life, Dabur Aviva, Iffco Tokio etc to setup their 1st IT Infrastructure across.
• Made Northern region a role model for IMS business and service delivery by winning many competition accounts like Electrolux.

Chennai(1996-1998) & Hyderabad (1998-2000)

•  Led Infrastructure Management Services business/delivery for Chennai Area Office ( Chennai and part of TN state ) & Hyderabad Area office ( AP state and part of Karnataka state) with the team of 100 to 100+ FTE teams.
• I was member of CORE team which has created the Manage IT business(IMS) and I opened the account in south India by winning ITC Agrotech ( Conagra Foods) and ITC IBD on a Device based model.
• I was part of the core team which had created new career stream in Wipro ( ASSET Batch with BSc Graduates).This stream has opened new talent supply avenue for Wipro.
• Designed and executed the 1st Data center for clients in southern region (GTB).Expanded major accounts like Citibank, GTB, Ashok Leyland, Sundaram Finance etc
