I engaged in an in-depth root cause analysis of the plate shifting issue at JSP's Plate Mill, addressing critical factors that were compromising operational efficiency. Leveraging analytical tools such as Fishbone diagrams, I identified key contributors to the problem, including roller misalignment, uneven plate conditions, and discrepancies in motor synchronization. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, I developed and implemented corrective measures, such as optimizing roller leveling, replacing worn-out components, and aligning pinch rollers to ensure uniform plate movement. My exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies, including thermal spraying and laser cladding, enabled me to enhance the wear resistance and operational lifespan of pinch rolls. This experience has honed my ability to apply engineering principles in real-world industrial settings, equipping me with a solid foundation in process optimization, system reliability, and mechanical troubleshooting.

My role involves the inspection of non-fit vehicles for issues like brake oil, coolant leakages, power steering problems, and L1 static non-compliance within the mechanical quality check of commercial trucks. Responsibilities include visually examining the vehicles for defects, assessing brake oil and coolant levels, and analyzing identified defects to collaborate with team members to implement corrective measures while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
