Throughout the years in this industry, I've learned to be committed, organized and thoughtful. I come from a labour position to now business owner, which helped me see that every job and every step matters and is equally important in a development. I enhaced being organized working for the last 10 years to get the best results possible at the end of each project. I take into consideration not just my trade but others when it come to on site work to maintain healthy work environment. Being able to work in different trades in the construction field help me develop dedication, structure and consideration.
