    Advancing on the previous role of IT Administrator / Support within the brands of Neville Johnson, Tom Howley & recently acquired London Door Company. Taking on the main focus of responsibility for the Technical IT within the Group of companies. The Neville Johnson and Tom Howley brands grew in size from circa 350 to 650 employees along with an increase from 15 to 25 UK-wide sites in my first 2 years of service alone.- Advising the company on technology solutions available and specifying the correct needs for the business.     Started as an assistant to the full time engineer in the university run not-for-profit IT shop carrying out repairs and sales. Proceeded to become senior assistant and the main IT engineer looking after the shop independently throughout times of the full time engineers absence.- Assisting customers, carrying out sales, diagnosis and repairs of staff and students' personal products and providing advice. Placing stock orders and organising repairs.- Responsible for running the whole shop alone for 4 months during summer of 2013 while the engineer was on secondment (Sales increased 98% in this period due to becoming more well known. I also more than doubled the social network reach withinjust a week through regular updates, sharing and offers).- Due to previous successful managing of the shop, I was again made responsible for the running of the shop for around 4-5 months over summer 2014 until a new member of staff was employed (due to previous engineer leaving).
