After more than 15 years of experience in software development with my first company, founded in 2007 and evolved from previous freelance activities, I have dedicated myself to digital and technological innovation in all its aspects. I have participated in Smart City projects, focusing on data analysis and semi-automation of processes through open innovation principles and Open Source technologies for public administration, aiming to improve energy management in large cities. I have provided my support, including equity participation in innovative companies, serving as an advisor, fractional COO, and CTO, with a particular focus on product development, budget alignment, strategy, and market expectations. I have held leadership roles in digital and IoT development, with expertise in quantitative analysis, negotiations, strategy, and market research. Additionally, I have tackled fintech dynamics, founding a startup in retail services. I have also served as an Ambassador at both national and international events, acting as a member and consultant.
