Design Architect
Current• Provide technical guidance and supervision in shelter and construction activities.• Assist in the technical coordination of site development to ensure sites under development meet acceptable humanitarian standards.• Prepare and provide the technical advice and design for construction the emergency showers in the collective center with full coordination with WASH Team.• Supervises and coordinates the design team of architectural, structural and specifications to keeps track on new standards and materials for design considerations.• Study and develop the Guidelines of the factors that impact of the project performance and effecting during lifecycle of project,• Prepares Preliminary and final detailed designs drawings, specification, presentation documentation and tender documents.• Coordinates with other engineering divisions the implementation of the design, and reviews feedback in the large scale project such as Saudi Re housing project phase-II and phase-III.• Study the beneficiaries needs and prepared the statistic for the Palestinian Refugees according to UNRWA criteria.• Visiting and reporting site surveys of shelters.• Review and timely technical reports to support the engineering department during the project implementation.• Work as a team leader for the Saudi Re housing project phase- II for construction of 920 Dwelling Units and different facilities of public building.• Design multi proposals to develop the existing schools at overall Gaza Strip.
