Major Responsibilities:Oversee all Architectural phases of project including:- Preparing shop drawing , Qty. Surveying , MaterialProcurement, Execution compliance with drawing & specs.- Supervision for (shop drawing , Quantity for construction)- Architectural Design Review.- Review specification as per BOQ and approval from Consultant.- Preparation of Method statements- Preparing site purchase orders for all arch. materials.- Consultant interaction through project meetings- Coordination among the different Engineering Departments.- Writing reports, site visits and small-scale project management.- Visiting site and building relationships with site managers.

Major Responsibilities:- Provide Shop Drawings & Efficient Technical Solutions for execution- Assist in scheduling Project Production Tasks- Architectural Design Review.- Coordination among the different Engineering Departments- Prepare and manage any administrative task as per the Project manager.- preparation of (As built drawing)- Preparation of Method statements.- Following up Site problems to give a suitable solution. - Preparation of Quantity for construction materials and Finishes.

- Responsible for layout and production of site plans .- Coordinate filed activities with design changes and internal scheduling. - preparation on of shop drawings .

Work directly with clients on projects from conception to completion including, but not limited to:- Prepare schematic design and design development , applying knowledge of design, including space planning, product knowledge, specifications, drafting techniques and construction methods.- Coordinate and supervise design team throughout the production process developing efficient solutions and integrating all project elements into the final project documents.- Conduct on-site observations and inspections of work during construction for new and existing building renovations to monitor compliance with Construction Documents.- design preliminary plans for entitlements, create presentations using Photoshop and 3D max.
