I’m a yoga teacher, Physiotherapist, a passionate advocate for whole food plant based nutrition and a fitness enthusiast with 15+ years of experience in the field of health, wellness and gym management.All my life I have chosen yoga as a tool to help heal myself. Professionally working as a physiotherapist I noticed, combining the principles of physiotherapy and yoga benefited my patients greatly. During my tenure in the fitness field, I used yoga when I designed workouts for clients with lifestyle injuries and health conditions. They noticed reduction in pain and some cases reversal of their condition.Taking this further, I strive to help students of yoga learn essential postures with clear alignment instructions to ensure a safe practice for everyone and plan to educate students who wish to pursue yoga as a career or to gain insight in yoga.I want to use this experience and knowledge to help serve.
