I enjoy working with cross functional teams and helping solve real problems of reach, communication, and nudge. Working on various media, I now enjoy working on digital platforms because of its adaptive, real-time and always on-the-toes nature.Working with a company with such a varied basket of offerings - employer branding, recruitment, training, elearning, skilling gives me a chance to help create an impact for businesses and also lives of the youth in many ways than one. I also led a National Level project for Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) on creating Consumer Awareness for Bio Energy adoption.
