Strategic Financial Planning: Assisting in preparing budgets and designing business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize corporate goals. Determining financial objectives, preparing & implementing systems, policies & procedures and reporting variances to facilitate internal financial control. Reviewing the actual figures, variances & amending budgets if necessary. Finance & Accounts: Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz., journal, ledger, cash/bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms. Overseeing preparation and finalization of statutory books of accounts viz., financial statements, (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss) in compliance with time & accuracy norms. Conceptualizing, implementing and supervising general ledger and financial reporting processes and on time compliance of accounting standards. Conducting frequent scrutiny of Sundry Debtors & Creditors for timely receipt and payment of dues and funds forecasting.MIS: Conceiving, designing and supervising the preparation of MIS reports using Hyperion Tool to provide feedback to top management on business performance. Ensuring that all key business drivers are correctly captured and all income/expenses at the end of the month are accounted for properly viz. admin bills, project bills, revenue, other expenses and provisions. Generating various MIS reports & monitoring movement of key business indicators to facilitate the decision making process.Audit & Taxation Operations: Evaluating internal control systems to highlight the shortcomings & implementing necessary recommendations. Evolving & implementing corrective actions based on audit observations and follow-up for improvement.
