An industrial PhD project to examine the impacts of real-time information integration in mobility apps for travel within metropolitan cities that rely on Mass (rapid) Transit. The subject is considered from passengers' and service providers' points of view, our principal ambitions being the optimisation of passenger experience and flow fluidity within MT systems.The PhD is carried by the Laboratory of Psychology and Applied Ergonomics (Gustave Eiffel University, France & University of Paris, France) and co-supervised by the Institute of Logic and Computation (Vienna University of Technology, Austria).
