I thrive on forging new relationships, mentoring, and building capacities, solving complex problems, and driving growth and impact in the organizations I work with.Current Role:As an Impact Consultant at Dasra, I engage with Philanthropists, NGOs, and CSRs to deliver advisory services that catalyze significant impact. For Philanthropists and CSRs, I delve into their motivations, help articulate their theories of change, and craft strategic visions. For NGOs, I develop strategies to amplify their growth and achieve their ambitious goals.Previous Experience:As Director of Growth for TagHive Inc., a South Korean education start-up, I led efforts to expand their operations in India and drive revenue growth. My role encompassed forging key partnerships, team building, operations management, and making strategic contributions to product development, marketing, PR, and fundraising.Before TagHive, I was instrumental in setting up and scaling operations for a retail fundraising social enterprise and an education initiative across 27 states in India. My professional journey began in the retail sector, where I managed and grew profitable businesses for six years.As a leader, I advocate for collaboration, empathy, and open communication. I bring passion, resilience, and keen listening skills to every team I lead. My generalist background makes me adaptable, agile, and quick to synthesize ideas and learn new concepts.My passion for travel, gourmet experiences, and reading fuel my personal and professional life.
