Archana is an energetic and innovative general manager with over 18 years of experience building and leading successful teams, launching new businesses, working with partners, and solving complex problems. As the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Company Programs at the Sheryl Sandberg and Dave Goldberg foundation, she is responsible for growing the reach of the organization via strategic partnerships. She is the Founder and Host of the Unstoppable Women podcast where she interviews women about their career paths to senior leadership. Her goal is to de-mystify the process of getting to VP by providing actionable advice. Archana sits on the Board of the Center for Creative Leadership where she advises on their digital innovation strategy. Archana has also spoken about gender, leadership, and entrepreneurship at The Wharton School, Stanford GSB, Hass School of Business, and several companies including Google, Yelp, National Basketball Association, and Sony Music Group. Prior to this, Archana’s career was primarily in the Enterprise SaaS space where she led Partner Success & Customer Success organizations at Sequoia backed start-up, Medallia, and Google. At Medallia, she co-founded and led the Women@ Medallia resource group. During her time at Google, she helped launch Google Analytics Premium and was the Global Head of Customer success - leading a 17 person global organization. Archana enjoys advising start-ups on customer success strategy, partnerships strategy, and building a successful Women Employee Resource Group.
