Specializing in 'Use of OER for creating Online courses,' I've had the privilege of training over 7000 faculty members, contributing significantly to reshaping educational practices in India, Mauritius, and Africa.Currently as Co-Founder & Director of Accel Skill, a start-up providing comprehensive solutions in skilling, overseas placement, career counseling, and language training. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for empowering individuals, we strive to bridge the gap between education and employability.I served as Assistant Deputy Director at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, India's first Government Skill University. In the Industry Integration Department, I collaborated with diverse industries, facilitating skill-based, long-term, and short-term programs. This played a pivotal role in realizing the university's vision of creating industry-ready human resources through a Dual Education Model.In a role close to my heart, I served as a Strategic Relationships Consultant to Saylor Academy, a US-based Not-for-Profit organization. Managing partnerships and supporting educational activities in India, I actively contributed to the mission of making basic education globally accessible, aligning with Saylor Academy's ethos of offering free courses.My journey with Amity University on Skill-based Diploma and B.VoC programs, inspired by the German Model of Dual Education, added another layer to my multifaceted journey. Trained as a Bio-technologist, I bring a unique blend of skills to the table - from project conceptualization to robust industry-academia integration and networking with stakeholders.With over 10 years in the Higher Education Sector, my passion lies in skill development, faculty capacity building, higher education management, CSR initiatives in education and skills, vocational education, and industry networking.
