As a Project Management Intern at Procter & Gamble, I lead the implementation of a web app for management and automation of scrapping movements for unproductive inventory (UPI), resulting in a 10% to 15% effort reduction across functions and a 20% reduction of UPI. I also map the completion of requirements for the initial phases of project design, creation, and deployment for Latin America, and conduct training and user acceptance sessions to ensure adoption and provide hypercare to the web app.I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, where I learn how to apply engineering principles and techniques to improve organizational processes and performance. I am passionate about finding new ways to enhance current processes, tools, and procedures to improve capability, simplify operations, and provide time reductions. I have developed skills in data analysis, process improvement, quality engineering, and training strategy, which I apply to my projects and assignments. I am eager to explore new opportunities to learn and grow as a professional in the engineering and project management field.
