• Quality assurance and Quality controller for all submittals related to architecture team• Approve the coordination with MEP team regarding drawings in both design and construction phases. • Approve the architecture design, 3D works, Presentation of the [design and built] projects• Approve the QS reports•Approve the tender inquires• Approve the drawings submittals and request for information RFI prior to submit them for approval, through the document control and the construction start date of every relevant procurement and construction activity• Approve the development of the site layout and logistic plan developing with the contribution of the Operations, HSE and Supply Chain.• Supervise Creating a full report on the difference between the contract and the tender package• Supervise the process of reflecting the existing status of the site on the design drawings, prior to starting the engineering submissions• Monitor and approve working on the as-built drawings with the frequency previously agreed on in the project kick off meeting• Undertake any other projects/duties assigned
