    I took part in the documentation and modelling of the Uganda National Museum for purposes of a World Bank-funded planned refurbishment. We deployed lidar scanning and photogrammetry technologies in the documentation, and developed high LOD BIM models for different kinds of analyses, including renovation modeling, visual analysis of wear and tear, significance mapping, and sectional perspectives. Finally, I took part in the development of the conditional assessment report, where we recommended different scales of intervention and remediation measures, respecting local and international laws and conventions, best conservation practices, and structural integrity demands.
