• Coordinated a design team to develop the masterplan for a $130M+ mini-city in Mombasa, including outline proposals for various typologies including 49-storey apartments, luxurious beachfront villas, a commercial zone, and various social amenities. • Developed a project tracker that optimized coordination and saved time.• Participated in various phases of project development, from conceptual masterplan design to construction detailing, in collaboration with architectural consultants and engineers on projects such as the 18-storey Kizingo Apartments, 18-storey Marina Apartments, 21-storey Prime Park Towers, and several bespoke mansions.• Prepared and maintained project documentation, including BIM models and related drawings• Conducted research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance

I took part in the documentation and modelling of the Uganda National Museum for purposes of a World Bank-funded planned refurbishment. We deployed lidar scanning and photogrammetry technologies in the documentation, and developed high LOD BIM models for different kinds of analyses, including renovation modeling, visual analysis of wear and tear, significance mapping, and sectional perspectives. Finally, I took part in the development of the conditional assessment report, where we recommended different scales of intervention and remediation measures, respecting local and international laws and conventions, best conservation practices, and structural integrity demands.

Designed rehabilitation measures for the oldest hominid footsteps preserved in-situ on steep banks of a L. Turkana tributary, in Ileret, Marsabit County, to prevent erosion. I also designed a museum to both house the footsteps in-situ, and an Interpretation Museum to house a 3d-printed copy of the footprints ex-situ.

I handle architectural design from conception to construction drawings, photorendering, interior designing, client presentations, construction draughting, project approvals, site management and project reporting. Furthermore, I handle LEED certifications: reporting, site inspections, meetings with various partners, etc. It is a whole experience in designing, especially green designing.

I worked on research on trending topics in the built industry, emerging technologies, legislation that affects the building industry, etc; prepared reports and documentation; prepared presentations on behalf of AAK for conferences and summits; and linked AAK with students of construction-related courses in TUK.
