The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for all evaluation and support needed by Operations in relation to calls done. Some of our main functions are to:• Listen to and rate calls using the specified monitoring forms• Accurately encode evaluation findings in the QA Tracker• Facilitate Call Calibrations with recruiters and/or accounts• Create Internal Communication based on the most recent findings for the week• Present/Suggest action plans based on critical callouts for the week/month• Maintain technical knowledge by consistently taking recruiting calls as scheduled.

•Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.•Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.•Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.•Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.•Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
