I joined King Tiger Technology to help define and develop a new line of advanced DRAM testers featuring Behavior Testing Technology (or BTT). This new technique allowed more accurate system level testing. In addition to BTT, the testers also included tradition ATE style testing. My duties include working with industry leaders to define system level specifications, develop schedules, and implementation. These duties required extensive travels in Asia and Europe. I personally developed custom DRAM testing language, compilers, assemblers and debuggers for DDR, DDR2 and DDR3 DRAM. I also work with customers to enhance test patterns and test coverage.
