Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to;•Oversees Architectural, Interior Architecture fit-outs and Civil works systems are in-line with the approved Project Quality Plan, Arch/ID Designs and IFC through coordination with the Main Contractor and their nominated Subcons. •Internal coordination with Architecture and ID managers Construction Supervision team and provide input on site work progress and current concerns.•Assists and provide information on the review of documents submitted by the Contractors for approval such as Shop Drawings, Materials, Method Statements and Inspections and Test Plans.•Attend to inspections raised by the Contractor and ensure that works carried out are in in compliance with the approved Shop Drawings, Materials and Method Statement.•Issues Non-Conformance Reports on works and activities not in accordance with the approved Contract Documents and Specifications.•Advice solution to issues arising from unforeseen site conditions and relevant site queries. •Conducts Factory Visits and witness laboratory or 3rd party tests and inspections.•Performs Snagging and De-snagging duties and follow-up with the Contractor on progress of completion.•Generates reports on general site activities for information and records.•Perform relevant functions as directed by the department managers.
