Proud 2 Play is a not-for-profit organisation aiming to increase LGBTI+ engagement in sport, exercise and active recreation. As a Board Member, I assisted in developing and reviewing the organisation's strategic plan and work to protect its assets and longevity. A particular area of focus for me was around engaging trans and gender diverse individuals in sport and exercise.

Melbourne Museum is the cultural, historical and educational hub of Melbourne. As a Programs Officer within the Education and Community Programs department, I contributed to the planning and execution of a number of Melbourne Museum's renowned events, including Nocturnal. I also led the establishment of Museums Victoria's first LGBTIQA+ Advisory Group across Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum and Scienceworks. As a group we led the implementation of a range of new inclusive practices, including 'All-Person Bathrooms', LGBTIQA+ friendly surveys, staff pronoun badges and LGBTIQA+ events.

Rainbow Health Australia is an LGBTI health and wellbeing policy and resource unit committed to improving the health and wellbeing of LGBTI Australians and the quality of care they receive.As an educator, I delivered training across the health, community and education sectors on how workplaces can implement and improve LGBTIQA+ inclusive practices for staff, management, customers, residents and volunteers.

As a Trainer with Transgender Victoria, I provided training across the health, community and education sectors on how to create better services for TGD (trans and gender diverse) people and ensure inclusive practices for LGBTIQA+ staff, customers, visitors, residents and volunteers.

ACMI and the State Library of Victoria jointly delivered Creative Victoria's Foundry658 program which hand-picked and supported a small group of creative entrepreneurs develop their professional practice into sustainable and scalable businesses.After being successful in my application to attend the 4-week bootcamp, I pitched for a position on the 3 month accelerator as the founder of Queer Town. As one of the few businesses selected, I received seed funding, access to business mentoring, a co-working space and an intensive training program on building a business.

As the Head of Programs, I hired, trained and led a team of presenters who worked in schools across Australia. A few highlights have included:- Participating in Facebook's Global Safety Summit in Washington and the inaugural meeting of Facebook's Youth Advisory Committee in March 2018.- Working closely with Google and YouTube to create PROJECT ROCKIT TV, an online video series aimed at empowering young people against the impacts of bullying.- Collaborating with Telstra on a regional tour of Australia to provide young people in remote parts of the country with access to important opportunities and resources they're typically less likely to have access to.

As a Lead Presenter at PROJECT ROCKIT, I led workshops, assisted in the training and development of presenters, managed interstate trips, co-hosted events and contributed to content development.

As a presenter at Australia's youth driven movement against bullying, hate and prejudice, I co-facilitated high impact interactive workshops with students in schools across the country. I received extensive facilitation and diversity training and led workshops with groups ranging from 15 to 300 students.
