20th Maintenance Group Deputy Commander, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. He is responsible for all daily operations for Air Combat Command’s largest F-16 fleet (78 aircraft) and almost two thousand maintainers. He is responsible for the day-to-day flying and maintenance schedule execution of the Air Force’s lead wing of F-16 Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses “Wild Weasel” mission.He is a career aircraft maintainer with demonstrated successes at the HAF, MAJCOM, NAF levels as well as completing three Squadron Command tours.

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies for $36B AF Logistics Enterprise comprised of 190,000+ military members. Represented the Enterprise Logistics Governance Secretariat orchestrating senior executive level conferences. Responsible for developing and articulating future Logistics Vision and integrating across Department of Defense agencies to improve the availability of resources across the global enterprise.

Responsible for 570+ personnel, readiness, and combat capable aircraft maintenance for 51 F-16C/D aircraft valued at $1.93B and 5 HH-60 helicopters valued at $220M. Maintained support equipment in excess of $24M and 40 facilities valued at $45M

Responsible for more than 360 personnel in 12 different job specialties executing equipment maintenance on 51 F16 aircraft. Responsible for $405K annual budget and maintaining $125M of support equipment.

Managed daily operations for 900 personnel (active duty, civilian, and contracts) completing Scheduled and Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance on C-130 aircraft with an annual expense budget of $237M.

Responsible for manufacturing, modification, component, and special process repairs on F-15, C-17, C-5, C-130, and Special Operations Forces aircraft depot production lines. Directed daily industrial operations across 4 organizations with a $325M annual labor and material budget.

Responsible for Total Force Integrated Airmen comprised of 12 different job specialties providing combat ready aircraft in Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Planned contingency operations and coordinated with multiple agencies. Responsible for equipment maintenance and munitions build-up supporting Forward Operating Base locations in the USAFCENT area of responsibility.

Responsible for operational readiness of seven wings and three direct reporting units in the eastern United States with more than 350 aircraft, and 27,000 active-duty and civilian personnel assigned as well as 14 Ninth-Air-Force-gained National Guard and Air Force Reserve units. Responsible for assisting base-level maintenance and logistics organizing, training, and equipping efforts to meet mission tasking.

Responsible for leading daily maintenance actions for 535 personnel spanning 15 different Air Force Specialty Codes, 35 work centers and 48 industrial shops and assets worth $1B. Supports F-16CJ aircraft executing daily flying operations while planning and executing an annual budget of $3M. Manages a $125M munitions stockpile, more than 3500 pieces of alternate mission equipment and 600 pieces of aerospace ground equipment.

Responsible for leading 180 munitions personnel supporting 87 F-16CJ aircraft assigned to the 20th Fighter Wing. Provided leadership and guidance for munitions custodians and 28 accounts ensuring safe storage of over two thousand munitions valued at over $128 million.

Responsible for scheduling, maintenance, and sortie production on 30 F-16CJ aircraft valued at $750M. Monitored quality performance indicators (KPIs) and provided leadership for 250 personnel in eight different job specialties. Ensured safe operations of aircraft and equipment to meet mission requirements. Oversaw maintenance schedule, aircraft scheduled maintenance and deployable equipment.

Represented seven organizations on logistics issues for sustainment and modernization of USAFs F-15 fleet. Combat Air Force's focal point for 40-line items, $68M Sustaining Engineering program and budget, coordinated Sustainment Engineering requirements and provided F-15 System Support with Engineering execution guidance. Assisted branch chief in supervising staff agencies of 13 assigned personnel. Ensured F-15 programs were fully supported for combat capability and maintainability. Prepared executive level information and decision packages.

Managed maintenance and logistics for 41 ACC T-38 aircraft located at three geo-separated locations, 15 German Air Force F-4F aircraft, and Full-Scale / Sub-Scale Aerial Targets. Implemented ACC Logistics policies and procedures. Tracked aircraft system support, performance indicators (KPIs) and resolved issues creating mission degradations. Developed and executed ACC Memorandums of Agreements and provided logistics inputs for future aircraft modifications, capability, supportability and reliability.

Responsible for 223 technicians in 10 job specialties maintaining 26 F-15 aircraft valued at $780M. Evaluated quality control for maintenance, developed and implements maintenance policies and procedures, directed flightline aircraft maintenance and sortie production for pilot training. Managed $4M worth of tools, test equipment, and technical data. Monitored and implements safety, training, and hazardous communication programs. Manages scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections.

Led propulsion shop responsible for 182 F100 engines and F119 engines. Managed supplies, equipment, and three maintenance test facilities valued in excess of $500M. Responsible for engine modifications, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, flightline support and engine health. Analyzed engine reliability data, advised senior leadership, postured and developed recovery plan.

Led team responsible for Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) accredited Logistics Training, coordinated, scheduled, and trained logistics personnel. Managed aircraft maintenance personnel qualification training programs, provided statistical reports on programs and operations. Monitored progress, identified problem areas, determined causes, recommends corrective actions, and provided counsel to senior leadership.
