Responsible for controlling a team of eight bid managers.Duties comprised of tender selection, programming of tender returns, allocation of work, review of tender submissions prior to submission, tender analysis, agreeing mark up, forecasting profit returns, providing tender statistics on wins and losses for directors, analysis on reasons for unsuccessful tenders, setting up and maintaining database for logging all enquiries from receipt of tenders to issue of price.
