• Lead role implementing the Lean Manufacturing methodology in the factory.• Lead role on the EFQM Management Model gradual implementation, including the preparation of two reports achieving 384 and 415 points respectively, achieving the “Business Excellence in Aragon 2008 Award” in the category of big companies.• Lead role implementing the Quality Management and Environment Systems according to ISO9001 and ISO14001:- Currently adapting to the new versions of ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 standards.- Certifications ISO9001:2008 for the company Quality System and ISO14001:2004 for the Environment System obtained in 2013 with TÜV Rheinland.- In 2009, integration of the company Quality and Environmental Systems.- - During 2005, external consultant of the subsidiary company DESNETEL SL, obtaining the ISO9001: 2000 certification of their Quality System with AENOR.• Head of Quality Control department:- Implementing a quality control process, reducing measurement times and automating the recording of measurements and documents. It involved a reorganization of processes, work methodologies and staff restructuring to increase productivity.• Extensive experience in leading inspections and audits from new customers or product approval processes with the main operators in Europe: Orange (France), SNCF (France), BT (UK), Telefonica (Spain), ADIF INFRABEL (Belgium), AFER (Romania), EIRCOM (Ireland).• Responsible for implementing the TOC Project (Theory of Constrains) into the production processes, based on the current planning and control system of the factory, which has managed to improve compliance with delivery deadlines from 55% to 95%, reducing process inventories and improving productivity.• Responsible for the customer complaints process management and systematization. • From 2002 to 2006, responsible for the CFM project which made profound changes in the organization through internal communication, training and improvement projects.
