• Prepared monthly financial reports using Microsoft Excel and provided insights and analyses on these statements to help the management team make informed decisions.
• Performed bank and account reconciliations to resolve any discrepancies and to ensure the accuracy of the companies' financial data.
• Frequently communicated with the management team with regards to identifying missing bills, notifying them about upcoming invoices or payments and assisting them with any other queries.
