In addition advised DVB Bank on the acquisition of 30,000 sq ft at 80 Cheapside, London, EC3.Advised both Landlords and Tenants on a professional level involving lease renewals and rent reviews. Aided partner on the surrender of 65,000 sq ft for The Heath Lambert Group at Friary Court, America Square, London, EC3, making them a saving of £2 m.Generated new business: involved pitching to both Landlords and Tenants. Most notably acquired 10,000 sq ft at £55.00 per sq. ft. at 1 Finsbury Square, London, EC2 for Sovcomflot (UK) Ltd after pitching to them and getting retained.
