CurrentAs Archicad Technical Director of BIM6x, my first assignment was to create a powerful pre-linked template kit system for Archicad users. Building highly customized pre-linked Archicad Templates has been my specialty for the past 21 years. These BIM6x Template are now complete and available from www.bim6x.com, They range from our BIM6x Starter Kit, to the more advanced BIM6x Power Kit. With a whopping 931 views pre-linked onto 410 layouts, comprising Marketing, Schematic Design, Design Development & Construction Documentation Sets, it has over 1400 features.The second big task on my list was to introduce a way for Archicad users to check their projects and determine where they could use training. This resulted in rolling out ArchiCHECKUP available at www.archicheckup.comMy role is also to support any user who downloads our template kits, via email, phone and the BIM6x blog, which features how-to videos for implementing the template. I also help educate new users with our BIM Test Drives and offer all types of Archicad support for our users, including ArchiBOOST and ArchiCHECKUPs. Look out for more engaging and innovative solutions!I am also co-organizer of Archicad by the Beach training events.
