Duties• Day to day responsibility of working with banks and international financial institutions including negotiating reasonable and acceptable terms and assisting with strategies to close deals whilst maintaining post negotiation relationships and further support during monitoring periods.• Oversight of group accounting and administration matters across various entities.• Coordinating auditing and financial reporting including the supervision of accountants (group entities), ensuring accounting records are updated, accurate and all management and financial reporting is completed within time.• Perform calculations at both group and portfolio level to track returns, establish benchmarks and evaluate investment/divestment opportunities.• Evaluating, analyzing and developing projects via detailed preparation of robust business models and stress checking project assumptions.• Responsible for the project management and implementation of ERP system (SAP Business 1).Achievements• Actively cooperated with international financial institutions (IFIs) and the biggest local financial institutions (TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia) resulting in successfully financing group's ongoing projects.• Created intricate financial modelling for Radisson Collection Tsinandali Hotel to raise debt and mezzanine equity, working closely and in collaboration with local banks and a state-owned investment fund (JSC Partnership Fund) during negotiations and contracting process.

Duties• Collating information in order to compile and prepare financial reports based on data received from financial statements of portfolio companies in all jurisdictions in accordance with legislation and IFRS.• Support business, advising, explaining and analyzing finances, identifying risks and providing solution initiatives.• Providing comprehensive support to the team with day-to-day issues, financial analysis and deal processing including modelling, monitoring, internal compliance and exit.• Liaising with a range of stakeholders and other parties including auditors and onshore/offshore tax consultants.• Ensure delivery of accurate and timely presentations of financial statements.• Supporting the company’s financial team with preparation of new commercial structures, presenting to the board and further implementing the models following board approval.• Assisting the CFO in all aspects of financial functions, preparation of documents /presentations for investors and financiers and preparation/updating of project financial models for preparation to banks and financing institutions.• Responsible for the preparation of and tendering audit services, negotiating and contracting selected auditors. • Interacting with auditors, exchanging information, preparing and presenting financial statements.Achievements• Assessed the performance of two Radisson hotels (a total of 400+ rooms) preparing informative reports including KPI fact sheet, budget versus actual comparisons, and analysis of future projections.• Created new and refined existing "three-statement financial model" templates, enabling executives and shareholders to assess a wide range of investment opportunities.• Led the successful external audit process of >10 group companies ensuring accurate and timely issuance of all required reports.
