During my internship, I had the opportunity to:Conduct Extensive Legal Research: I delved into complex cases concerning the armed forces, gaining valuable insights into military law and its nuances.Drafting Legal Documents: I assisted in drafting counter affidavits, high court writ petitions, and detailed legal opinions. This hands-on experience was crucial in improving my legal writing and analytical skills.Tribunal Orders: I applied orders in various tribunals, enhancing my understanding of administrative processes and procedural intricacies.Court Proceedings: I attended court proceedings at the Armed Forces Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DCDRC), and the Delhi High Court. Observing these proceedings firsthand was incredibly enlightening and gave me a real-world perspective on legal advocacy and courtroom dynamics.

In this enriching internship experience I got to learn about technical law points that concern family law, draft a first motion petition, research a bit on section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, etc and also got the opportunity to work at the grassroot level at Dwarka District Court.
