Experienced professional with optimum mix of knowledge in Finance, Taxation and Corporate CompliancesAt the very first stage of my career, I got the opportunity to work with reputed consultancy firms like M/s Chandrasekaran and Associates, followed by M/s Mehrotra & Mehrotra, where I learned skills like independently handling assignment and working within the team for ultimate value creation for the organisation.During my stint at IgniteWorld, I was chosen to be the primary responsible person for Financial Reporting, MIS generation, Statutory Compliances and Payment of Statutory Dues. I took care of Treasury, Payroll processed and at a later stage liquidation of the Company. IgniteWorld being a start-up Company having diverse portfolio, I interacted with all the stakeholders in both capacities i.e. as an Investor and also as an Investee. I responsibility was to ensured absolute compliance throughout the organisation structure.I am a firm believer in “Where there is will, there is way”. and during my career also, I have learned to stay calm in the most adverse of situation, and also to focus on the solution rather than the problem.
