As a passionate design engineer, I am committed to using my combined background in mechanical and aerospace engineering to create innovative and effective products.My undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering provided me with a deep understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, and other core engineering principles. My master's degree in aerospace engineering allowed me to dive deeper into areas such as aerodynamics, control systems, and spaceflight dynamics. By combining these areas of expertise, I have developed a broad and versatile skill set that enables me to approach design challenges from a variety of angles.Currently I am working at Gorski Engineering in the design and development of tipper trucks and trailers used on Australian roads. This knowledge has proven to be valuable in the design process, as I am able to select the right materials and manufacturing design process, to achieve the desired performance and cost targets. I have also developed a strong understanding of how to design for manufacturability, ensuring that products can be produced efficiently and at scale.I am experienced in using computer-aided design (CAD) softwares - Solidworks (CSWP), Catia V5 and AutoCAD. I have also worked with Ansys to understand the fluid dynamics (CFD) through a convergent divergent nozzle used in rocket engines as research project for my final year thesis of Aerospace engineering. I have a keen eye for detail, an ability to think creatively, and a focus on delivering products that meet or exceed the needs of the end-user.As a design engineer, I am committed to working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market. I have experience working in interdisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, and production managers, and am comfortable communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.I’m looking forward to connecting with other like minded people and having an interesting conversation as I believe that learning is a continuous process.
