Create projections/ Business Plan for companies based on information collected.Assist in conducting business valuation and prepare valuation reports.

Responsibilities:1. Screening CapitalIQ, PitchBook, and other databases to identify potential strategic/financial buyers for target companies.2. Conducting in-depth valuation modeling (comparable company, precedent transaction analysis, and DCF modeling) for the target.3. Preparing selling materials and pitch books for clients to help them secure attractive EV/EBITDA multiples.4. Writing equity and bond research reports along with investment recommendations through in-depth analysis of several business publications, business prospects, macro-economic environment, competitive scenario, credit ratings, 10-K,10-Q. 5. Building over 50 three statement financial models from scratch from companies across different industry verticals for UK-based fundamental modeling web platform.

Banking & Finance Department:-1. Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements and projections to be submitted to Banks and replying to the queries to their satisfaction.2. Preparation of monthly reports on the FOREX structure of the company and its subsidiaries around the globe.3. Quarterly review as well as preparation of future plans for the investment structure (Fixed deposits) to be maintained by the entity based on the current Banking Scenario.4. Annual updation of Insurances of all the assets of the company and its subsidiaries around the world based on their valuations.
