Executed Twin City Strategy- set up of an alternative site with a strength of 50 employees at Gurgaon for the business unit (Global Reconciliation Utility) for continuity of business purpose. Looked after resourcing, legal, compliance & infrastructure requirements at the new site.Partnered with Change Management & Operations team for implementation of automation across teams. Assisted with analysis, review & scoping of activities across all teams of GRU India, China & Mexico for RPA.
