I started my career in Bharti Airtel, wherein i worked as an Executive in Non voice department which caters to written customer complaints. Working at Airtel helped me improve my communication skills both verbal and written as day in day out I had to communicate with the customers via phone or email.Then I got an opportunity to work in the Construction Industry Development Council in the HR Department. I was one of the key members in the establishment of the HR Dept. in the organization. Gradually I was involved in all aspects of HR activities like talent acquisition, orientation, on boarding, training, handling employee grievances, maintaining personnel files of employees, leave records, assisting in payroll management , administering medical policy of employees etc.When not working, I love to spend my time in reading books specially related to our rich cultural heritage.I would love to hear from you.
