- Identifying new sales leads- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers- Planning and overseeing new initiatives for existing client’s- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products/services- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills- Establishing customer needs and selling products/services accordingly.- Working to quarterly sales targets and KPI’s.- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.- Provide regular feedback to seniors about marketplace and competitor activity- Develop effective working relationships with client’s through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
