Building solutions around Oracle MAF and JDE E1 Mobility. Helping customers mobile enable custom applications built on JDE E1.Built the foundation for Oracle Fusion Middleware practice and delivery team that worked closely with the ERP and Edge applications practices in the organization.Playing a key hands-on role in all the marketable solutions built by the practice.Managing both technical as well as business development aspects of key customer accounts.Responsible for Pre-sales support by developing/presentation proof of concepts and defend same with clients.Involved in developing reusable software solutions & assets.Management of knowledge repository on the practice through study & research on latest technology and practices.Providing direction to the design and review of software architecture.Performing routine project governance tasks as well as team development initiatives like mentoring, coaching, knowledge enrichment, motivational growth and stability.

Implemented WAP gateway portal for Airtel. This was one of the first WAP implementations in India. Worked with the marketing team at Airtel to build a portfolio of services based on WAP and SMS gateways.Implemented a WAP to FAX solution where WAP email attachments could be printed at the nearest FAX machine.Worked with a large US customer to build a payment and cheque printing solution.Built a shop floor management solution for print shops. This print shops uses the OCe (now Canon) Print Systems.Worked on building a control software for large envelop sorting system built by Bowe-Bell and Howell. This was built using open source technologies and was clocking at more than 100 envelopes per second.Helped to build J2EE practice and CoE at SYSTIME but putting up a systematic induction, training and execution programs for new employees.Helped drive the department to be a more niche skills player with the adoption of Fusion Middleware.

Designed courses for Object oriented programming using C++ and JavaHelped CMS Computer Institute launch software programming courses over 100 branches all over India.Create and implemented a branch management system using open source technologies which was very much required by the institute to manage the large franchise network.

Conduct training for corporate customers on subjects like UNIX operating system, C programming, Oracle Database and D2K, Java programmingDesign the course contents for Object Oriented Analysis and DesignManage lab resources in the training center including PCs, SCO UNIX network and Novell Netware networks.Also initiated a division within the company that specialized in website designing and hosting. The first customers were market research organizations that leveragedperl based CGI scripts to collect form based data.
