Job Description• Undertake architectural responsibility of the works in the project and to certify approved materials, installations and workmanship.• Monitor and review, the performance and the progress of the contractor or sub-contractors work. • Review and ensure the proper implementation of the approved architectural drawings for the project. • Distinguishing and raising any issue that will affect the architectural aspect of the project. • Identify and notify the contractor of any particular site safety issues.

My duties include preparing drawing list, work schedules, and assign task to be undertaken by the whole team. Work together with the project manager in planning, design, documentation, detailing, revision and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents and preparation of renderings for presentation; coordinate with other engineering department such as structural, electrical and mechanical consultants involved with the project; application of local standards along with construction knowledge to produce practical solutions to construction details and to investigate alternative solutions and technologies to be incorporated into the project. Conduct meetings with client / representative, consultant, contractor and suppliers.

Here are some of my personal projects as a license Architect in the Philippines.Duties & Responsibilities:• Meeting with clients for pre-design stage and contract signing;• Prepares schematic design studies, site analysis, design considerations and application, reviewing, and applying local standards and guidelines to be used in planning and design; • Create preliminary plans and 3D perspectives for presentation; • Finalizes approved schematic design studies and translates the same into working drawings; • Assist / advise the client in the selection of the building contractor• Coordinate construction drawings and documents with the contractor;• Check all drawings, construction details and materials for conformance to specifications and construction standards done by the contractor.

Assisting the Senior Architectural Design Manager in all aspect of architectural planning and designing of residential and commercial buildings.Supervise the architectural design team in the completion of the project. Coordinating with different engineering teams that are directly involved with the project.Check and re-check all approved architectural design drawings before submission.

I work together with the production team in all aspect of architectural planning and designing of residential houses, cottages and kitchen interiors. I prepare and improve the preliminary design development and working drawings from design sketches produced by the Architects. My responsibilities includes documentation and detailing of architectural drawings and construction documents and preparation of renderings for presentation.

Started as a cad operator then I made my way up to Junior Architect. My role involves assisting the Senior Architect in creating an Architect to client relationship, and contribute in the formulation of design concepts and preliminary sketches of the project. My duties includes preparing schematic design studies, site analysis, design considerations and application, reviewing, and applying local standards and guidelines to be used in planning and design, It also includes representing the Architect-in-charge/client on site visitations to verify that the designs are followed.
