Managing the concept design, detailed development, performance criteria formulation, and design report preparation of conventional and bespoke facade and building envelope systems. Knowledgeable in 3d drawing presentation, 3D walkthrough for better viewing and understanding. Review the structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawings for aluminum and glazing works of the projects in accordance with the complete scope of work as per BOQ and specification. Ensures that structural checks are done with Structural Department for all related details (e.g. aluminium numbers, glass brackets etc.). Ensures that the approvals of drawings and sample materials obtained as per specified time scales of the program. Attends design meetings/co-ordination meetings as well as preparing notes for records to ensure all are aware of current progress. Managing the overall design-to-delivery process and leads team of designers.Sketching and detailing of innovative facade systems and solutions.Knowledgable in preparation of fabrication drawings cutting list package, shop drawings, Tennder drawings, Material take off, doors and windows.

Prepare Proposal of Shop Details to meet the Design Managers approval;responsible in checking and updating drawings been released in lieu to design Consultant’s requirements and comments;Responsible on Preparing the Fabrication drawing prior for production;
