The following test & inspection during pile cap works (Survey position with level check, LC, pile cap rebar, formwork, column rebar installation with positioning, concrete pouring, green cut making, after de shuttering apply curing compound).  Safety ensures all activities. The following safety measure taken for safe construction works (TBM before start the work, first aid box ensure & check daily. safety petrol everyday by the presence of consultant contractor & subcontractor personnel, increase awareness about PPE, daily work permit check for construction works & maintain work in height deep excavation hot work electric hazard lifting safety measure & various safety aspect)  Every inspection held with RFI schedule, give observations for faulty works & ensure rectification before complete the works. Communicate & Update management time to time with proper description of works.

Roles & Responsibilities: All Architectural Design preparing ( Floor Layout, Furniture Layout,3d visualization and working Drawing). Partition wall , Granite and tiles layout checking as per drawing. Construction Materials and Construction Work Quality Checking. Interior Materials checking and Interior work Quality checking. Coordinated the communication between the civil contractors & project managers, the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) department.  Listed construction details including cost estimation, construction scheduling and coordinated with structural agencies.  Handled client interaction with the agencies (including stainless steel, curtain glazing, aluminum, glass, electrical, plumbing), assigned tasks to workers.  Performed the construction design of renovation projects.  Managed and developed a strategic plan of action to ensure the construction cost of the residential project remains under the decided budget.  Headed a team of architects for site visits and explained the concepts of professional level construction.Projects Residential Apt.
