• Conducts initial analysis and studies of drawings , specifications ,BOQ , and total contract documets to understand project requirements, get missed items , and define scope.• Coordinating between site activities and the technical office (Drawings, Q.S, Procurement and ..etc) .• Responsible of treating with all technical , financial and contractual issues.• Perform detailed quantity take-off based on the methods of measurements.• Prepares quantatis take-off for materials to provide detailed quantity of specific trades.• Managing the invoice of subcontractors and owner invoices.• perform cost analyses within the durations of the project.• Tracking changes to the design and construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.• Attends meetings, Prepare and present reports to project stakeholders.

• Planning and coordinating site works with construction manager.• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.• Supervised and monitored daily tasks of subcontractors .• acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors. • resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors .• Make assurance to comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design, materials, and workmanship standards.• Resposible for compliance with all security and safety standard.
