(1.5 million sq.ft retail space + 1.8 million commercial office space + 2million parking space+ 0.5 million area of railway station)EDRC is carrying out design development by keeping the concept design in intact given by M/s HOK.Working as Principal Architect & single point of contact for facade development (Retail &Commercial facade + canopies + skylights)Responsibilities includes presentation of elevations & obtaining approvals from client, preparing detailed designs, technical specifications, construction details & methodologies, BOQ & material board; reviewing consultant's drawings, certifying consultant bills as per stage; site supervision, coordination & work distribution among team members.
