Train and lead technical and design staff for programming and multimedia production (HTML, javascript, Macromedia, Adobe). Recommend technical solutions to senior management. Administer development across the team, including the execution of a portion of each component, and some training of team members during facilitation of the project. Since I drew staff from different departments for this project, success required administering milestones within the existing staff schedules and departmental responsibilities. Administer the integration of Lotus Notes data, phone-in key selection data and legacy data from AT&T mainframe.
