Projects Team Leader
CurrentResponsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare infrastructure projects across the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN), with a combined value of approximately $250 million for SA Health. The role ensures alignment with departmental policies, processes, and strategic objectives, while leading procurement efforts and overseeing stakeholder engagement.Project Alignment and Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to SA Health and the Department of Health and Wellbeing’s policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks. Align project outcomes with organizational strategic goals and healthcare needs.Procurement Leadership: Ensure procurement processes comply with financial, contractual, and legal requirements, maintaining transparency and accountability.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare professionals, contractors, and consultants.Chairing Project Baselines and Governance: Lead project baseline and governance discussions to establish clear scope, budget, schedule, and performance metrics.NALHN Infrastructure Program Management: Oversee the overall infrastructure program for NALHN, ensuring that all projects align with the broader strategic goals of the Department of Health and Wellbeing.Lyell McEwin Hospital - $110m- 48 Beds Expansion- MS4 Emergency Deptt.
