Helping parties resolve matters in an amicable manner by engaging in preliminary negotiations (drafting demand letters, corresponding with counsel, legal research, etc.) and employing alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration. Further, an experienced legal assistant/clerk with a demonstrated history of working with court procedures such as binding, editing, filing, and process serving court documents in accordance with the Rules of Civil Prodecure and the various Notice to the Profession.
