I am a co-founder of Balai CAD & Digital Services, a BIM outsourcing company based in the Philippines that specializes in Singaporean projects, such as HDB, condominiums, data centres, and industrial buildings. I have over 10 years of experience in BIM implementation, coordination, and software, as well as a registered PH architect and a Revit certified professional.Before starting BALAI in 2021, I worked as a BIM Manager for ONG&ONG PTE LTD, one of the leading AEC firms in Singapore. There, I managed various projects, such as rail, food factory, data centre, institutional and condominium, using BIM tools and workflows. I also conducted trainings, developed standards, and applied computational design techniques to optimize BIM processes and outcomes.My mission is to help clients achieve their project goals and deliverables by providing high-quality BIM services and solutions. I lead a proficient team of BIM specialists who are trained and experienced in handling Singaporean projects and requirements.
